Meet The Team

Destiny played its hand in uniting Scott Shute and Nicholas Whitaker, two kindred spirits with a joint mission: to reinvent the modern workplace.

Scott dedicates his life’s work to transforming corporate culture from within, with a steadfast vision to make mindful and conscious business practices the norm across all boardrooms.

Nicholas guides individuals on a journey of healing from the scars left by toxic work environments, and coaches them on cultivating meaning and purpose beyond paychecks and titles. He advocates for a life-work where intention takes center stage.

Together, they mentor aspiring entrepreneurs and leaders on how to lead with heart and build a thriving business grounded in conscious business and leadership principles.

After years of hearing the same feedback from tired and depleted corporate colleagues and struggling soloprenuers across their professional networks, they created the Changing Work Collective to unite the greatest mind and hearts in the industry in a movement to change work from the inside out.

Join them in their mission today.
